By accessing our website or utilizing our HVAC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Appointments

Scheduling a diagnostic or service appointment through our website does not guarantee an immediate dispatch. Appointments are subject to technician availability. TrueFlow diagnostic results are estimates and depend on the existing condition of your home's ductwork.

3. Warranties & Liability

Desert Climate Masters warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your HVAC infrastructure. Specific equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
